| Abstrak IVON STEVANI WETOY. Overview of Drug Logistics Planning at Gintu Lore Selatan Health Center (supervised by Vidyanto) Concentration in Health Administration and Policy Public Health Study Program Faculty of Public Health Tadulako University Drug planning is a crucial stage in the management and logistics of drug supply to ensure availability effectively and efficiently. At Gintu Lore Selatan Health Center, it was found that drug logistics planning faces challenges such as a shortage of human resources (HR), limited funding, inadequate facilities, and procedures that do not fully adhere to the guidelines set by the Ministry of Health. The objective of this study is to describe the drug logistics planning at Gintu Lore Selatan Health Center. This qualitative research employs a case study approach, with data processing utilizing triangulation techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the drug logistics planning at the health center reveals significant issues, particularly that planning still encounters obstacles, including a lack of HR, budget limitations, inadequate facilities, and msystematic planning procedures. These challenges affect the effectiveness of drug logistics management, from needs assessment to distribution. Therefore, strengthening HR capacity, ensuring adequate budget allocation, and improving planning procedures are necessary to enhance the efficiency of the drug logistics system at Gintu Lore Selatan Health Center. Data collection for drug needs is often based on estimates rather than actual drug usage data. Recommendations include enhancing HR capacity, increasing funding, improving facilities, and evaluating End implementing better procedures to support effective drug logistics planning.
