(Supervised by Novi Inriyanny Suwendro) Departement of Health Administration and Policy Public Health Study Program Faculty of Public Health Tadulako University May, 2024 Low service waiting time can cause a decrease in patient satisfaction which has an impact on decreasing the quality of service at the health center. Based on data from the IKM of the Parigi Moutong Regency Health Office, Torue Health Center is a health center with the lowest IKM value out of 18 health centers in Parigi Moutong Regency with a value of 71.38. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service time and the level of satisfaction of outpatients at the Torue Health Center, Parigi Moutong Regency. The type of research is quantitative research with an observational analytical research design. The research method is a survey method with a cross-sectional study approach. The population in this study was 6,300 person with a sample size of 100 respondents, using a stratified random sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed statistically using the chi square test. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the ?value=0.006<0.05 means that there is a relationship between service time and patient satisfaction. It is recommended that the health center supervise and evaluate service personnel so that patient service time can be maximized and improve health services and the availability of public infrastructure for visiting patients.
