Factors Related to BPJS Health Contribution Payment Compliance Behavior of Independent Participants at Puskesmas Torue (Supervised by Novi Inriyanny Suwendro) Department of Health Administration and Policy Public Health Study Program Faculty of Public Health Tadulako University The Compliance of BPJS Independent participants in paying monthly contributions is the most important component in facilitating the use of health service facilities. A total of 50,499 people is registered as independent BPJS participants in Parigi Moutong Regency. Puskesmas Torue is a Health Center in Parigi Moutong Regency with the most participants in arrears, where estimated around 5,723 people. This study aims to determine the factors related to BPJS Health contribution payment compliance behavior of independent participants in Puskesmas Torue. This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples is 98 people with an accidental sampling technique. Data were analyzed statistically using the chi square test. The results of the study indicate that factors related to the behavior of compliance in paying BPJS Health contributions for independent participants are linked to income variables (p = 0.003), knowledge (p = 0.037) and perception (p = 0.002). While the variables that are not related are education variables (p = 0.309), employment (p = 0.378) and motivation (p = 0.245). The suggestion proposed from the study is that BPJS Healthcare service is expected to improve the quantity and quality of the JKN program as a whole integrated system and conduct constant socialization regarding the consequences of not complying with the assigned paying contributions.
