Based on data from Pelawa Village, of the 84 children who should have been given complete basic immunization, only 44 children had complete immunization. From direct observations and interviews with several mothers in Pelawa Village, it was found that several mothers did not fully immunize their children on the grounds that after immunization their children would get sick. The aim of this research was to determine mothers' behavior towards providing complete basic immunization in Pelawa Village, Parigi Tengah District, Parigi Moutong Regency. This type of qualitative research uses a phenomenological study approach. There were 11 informants using purposive sampling technique. The results of the research revealed that knowledge factors related to the type, method of administration, age and administration must be in accordance with the complete basic immunization schedule, which was explained quite well by the informants. In terms of driving factors, there are some family members who do not allow their children to be immunized on the grounds that it will only cause the child to get sick.
