| Abstrak ABSTRACT SITI WARFA’NI, Factors Associated with the Use of Contraceptive Devices in Reproductive Age Women in the Working Area of Sangurara Health Center (under the supervision of Nurhaya S Patui) Department of Biostatistics, Family Planning and Population Public Health Study Program Faculty of Public Health Tadulako University Family Plan (KB) aims to facilitate individuals or spouses to achieve certain objectives, avoid unwanted pregnancy, get desired pregnancy, manage pregnancy interval, and control delivery time in conjugal relations. Sangurara Health Center (Puskesmas) had the highest number of KB user for 9,087 reproductive age couples or 30.35%. this study aims to analyse factors associated with the use of contraceptive devices in reproductive age women in the working area of Puskesmas Sangurara. This quantitative study was used a cross-sectional study approach. Population of the study was total reproductive age couples in the working area of Puskesmas Sangurara for 9,087 couples and 99 of them were enrolled as samples using Slovin formula. The samples were retrieved through a cluster random sampling technique. A statistical analysis of chi-square (?<0,05) was employed. The results of the study show that mothers knowledge (?=0.000), parity (?=0.000), and husband support significantly associated with the use of contraceptive devices in reproductive age women in the working area of Puskesmas Sangurara. The health service parties should improve the performance of Family Planning Field Officer to increase community knowledge through service and information about contraceptive devices.
