Abstrak
Stunting is one of the problems of growth and development disorders experienced by children due to poor nutrition, recurrent infections and inadequate psychosocial stimulation. The prevalence of stunting in Palu City has decreased in the last 3 years, where in 2019 it was 17%, down to 14% in 2020 and 7% in 2021, but rose again in 2022 to 11.3%. Nosarara Community Health Center is a community health center in Palu City that has the highest data on stunting cases and experienced an increase from 2019 to 2021, recording 282 cases in 2021. The type of research used was qualitative research with a case study method. The informants in this research consisted of key informants, namely the Head of the Nosarara Community Health Center, ordinary informants who were responsible for stunting and posyandu cadres and additional informants, namely the community. Data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation using interview guides. The results of this research on communication clarity are not yet clear. Insufficient budget resources and delays in disbursement of funds. It is recommended that the Nosarara Health Center in Palu City pay more attention to removing bureaucracy and quickly disbursing funds.
