In Palu City, the prevalence of anemia in 2020 was 16.66% among pregnant women suffering from the disease, and it was 16.74% in 2021. Efforts to prevent and treat anemia can be done by providing sufficient intake of iron into the body to increase the formation of hemoglobin. This research aims to analyze factors regarding the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the working area of the Tawaeli Public Health Center. The type of research used was quantitative, with a cross-sectional study approach. The population in this research was 327 pregnant women, and a total sample of 179 pregnant women was calculated using the Slovin formula. Sampling using probability sampling was done using a simple random sampling technique. The results show that there is a relationship between knowledge (p = 0.000), ANC visits (p = 0.000), and adherence to the public health center consumption of Fe tablets (p = 0.000) in the working area of the Tawaeli Health Center, Palu City. It is hoped that the public health center and the government can work together in order to be able to evaluate and analyze policies made by the government, so that a leader can evaluate and analyze program policies related to reducing the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. Keywords: Anemia, Knowledge, ANC, Fe tablet.
