The Coverage of Exclusive breastfeeding in the Working Area of Mamboro Health Center (under the supervisions of Muh Ryman Napirah) Administration and Policy Specialization Public Health Study Program, Public Health Faculty Tadulako University July 2023 Exclusive breastfeeding is breast milk provided to babies for the first 6 months. Exclusive breastfeeding coverage according to WHO is 50%, the coverage target in Indonesia is 80%, this coverage rate is still very low, in 2020 Central Sulawesi health profile data for 2019 coverage of exclusive breastfeeding for 2018-2019 has decreased from 57.7% to 54.7%. This coverage has reached the 2019 target of 50%. For exclusive breastfeeding coverage at the Mamboro Health Center, the lowest is in 3rd place at 50% in Palu. The purpose of this study was to determine the scope of exclusive breastfeeding. This type of research was qualitative with 6 informants selected through purposive sampling technique. Data collection through technical triangulation, namely in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation using interview guidelines. The results of the study show that there are 2 regular informants who do not know anything about exclusive breastfeeding and 4 other people who are aware of how to give exclusive breastfeeding to babies and the benefits for babies if it is given to the vulnerable at age of 0-6 months.
