| Abstrak The 1000 Days of Life Nutrition Improvement Movement is an effort to strengthen the commitment to the policy plan of Presidential Regulation No. 42 of 2013 on the National Movement for Accelerating Nutrition Improvement. Data from the Central Sulawesi Provincial Health Office in 2022 shows that the prevalence of stunting in Central Sulawesi is 28.2%. Based on data at the Nosarara Health Center in 2023, the prevalence of stunting was 14.3%. The general objective of this research is to determine the implementation of the National Movement Policy for Accelerating Nutritional Improvement within the First 1000 Days of Life at the Nosarara Health Center in Palu. The specific objectives are to determine the dimensions of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research used is qualitative. The informant selection technique used purposive sampling with a total of 10 informants. Data collection was done through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation using an interview guide. The results show that communication has been carried out well. Resources are adequate. The disposition is quite good, but there is no incentive yet. The bureaucratic structure is quite good. Suggestions to the health center are expected to continue to strengthen communication and collaboration between departments and be able to reach all target groups. Increase training, and it is hoped that there will be special incentives for health workers. |
