Analyzing of the Differences of Patient Satisfaction between Intermediate Accredited Public Health Center and Base Accredited Public Health Center in Palu City (supervised by Vidyanto) Health Administration and Policy Department Public Health Study Program Public Health Faculty Tadulako University The quality of services at public health center (Puskesmas) can be measured through 5 dimensions of health service quality, namely the dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy It is known that at the intermediate accredited public health center the patients feels dissatisfied with the indicators of tangible and officer health workers responsiveness while at the basic accredited public health center, it shows that patients are dissatisfied with the indicators of tangible, empathy, responsiveness and reliability of officers so that there are differences in patient satisfaction assessments which depend on the services provided at each public health center with different accreditation status The purpose of this study is to determine the differences of patient satisfaction between intermediate accredited public health centers and basic accredited public health centers in Palu City. The type of this study was quantitative with a cross sectional study approach, the sample size used the Slovin formula and accidental sampling technique was used for collecting sample. The total sample was 200 people. Data collection used a questionnaire while data analysis was done by Mann Whitney U test test. The results showed that there were differences of patient satisfaction between accredited intermediate and basic health centers in Palu City from the dimensions of tangible (p=0.000), empathy (p=0.000), reliability (p=0.002), responsiveness (p=0.002) and assurance (p-0.005). The conclusion of this study there is a significant difference between intermediate accredited public health center and basic accredited public health center with patient satisfaction in Palu City, so it is suggested that basic and middle accredited public health center in Palu City pay attention to, improve and increase the quality of their services Keywords: Patient Satisfaction, Intermediate Accredited Public Health Center, Basic Accredited Public Health Center
