Abstrak
Tuberculosis (TB) is still a public health problem both in Indonesia and the world. The data of Central Sulawesi Provincial Health Office show that the Case Detection Rate (CDR-TB) in 2017-2019 experienced a significant increase. In 2017 by 40 percent, in 2018 by 59 percent, and in 2019 by 62 percent. Based on CDR-TB at the Birobuli Health Center, 54 percent was obtained in 2018, 37 percent was obtained in 2019, and 20 percent was obtained in 2020. It can be stated that the CDR-TB at the Birobuli Public Health Center experienced a very drastic decline. The general objective of this research is to determine the implementation of Pulmonary TB Control Program at the Birobuli Public Health Center, Palu. The specific objective is to determine the dimensions of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. This is a qualitative research with case study approach. The data were collected using purposive sampling with 5 people chosen as informants. The data were collected through triangulation techniques, namely in-depth interviews using interview guidelines, observation and documentation. The results show that communication has problems related to providing information about TB. Human resources and facilities at the Birobuli Public Health Center are not adequate. The disposition is quite good, but there is no incentive yet. Meanwhile, the bureaucratic structure is quite good. It is hoped that puskesmas need to develop existing communication media and pay attention to existing infrastructure, especially TB booths.
