Abstrak
NOVITAYANTI PONGSAPAN. Factors Related to the Utilization of Integrated Development Post for Non-Communicable Disease in the Working Area of Bulili Public Health Center in Palu (under the supervision of Vidyanto). Concentration of Health Administration and Policy Public Health Study Program Public Health Faculty Tadulako University November 2020 Non-Communicable Diseases is a chronic disease that causes many deaths in the world and has received serious attention with the inclusion of it as one of the targets in the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). One of the efforts to overcome Non-Communicable Diseases in Indonesia is through the Integrated Development Post for Non-Communicable Disease. Based on a preliminary research at Bulili Public Health Center, it was found that the lack on the use of Integrated Development Post for Non-Communicable Disease such as cadres lacking role, absence of health education, lack of coordination between cadres and public health center officers, lack of commitment from the public health center as a supervisory team, lack of cooperation across sectors of the Integrated Development Post program and the community not motivated to become cadres. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors related to the utilization of Integrated Development Post for Non-Communicable Disease in the working area of Bulili Public Health Center in Palu. This research was conducted in the Sub-Districts of South Birobuli and Petobo which are in the working area of the Bulili Public Health Center. This research used an analytical survey with a cross sectional method design. The sample consists of 100 people in the South Birobuli and Petobo Sub-Districts. The sampling technique in this research used Proportionate Stratified using the chi-square test. The results of this research indicate that there is a relationship between Knowledge (p= 0.005), Access to Integrated Development Post (p= 0.000), Facilities and Infrastructure (p= 0.000), Support for Health Cadres (p= 0.000), Support for Health Officers (p= 0.000), Family Support (?= 0,000) and the use of Integrated Development Post for Non-Communicable Disease in the working area of the Bulili Public Health Center in Palu. Thus, support from various parties in implementing Integrated Development Post for Non-Communicable Disease and increasing the provision of information and counseling and can invite the community to become cadres in implementing the Integrated Development Post for Non-Communicable Disease are needed.
