Abstrak
Immunization coverage is declining in most of the world's poor countries. In 2015 the global coverage for 6 national program vaccines namely BCG, DPT, polio, measles fell to 75 percent. Data of WHO in 2017 about vaccination coverage shows that around 1 in 10 babies worldwide are not immunized, do not receive even the first dose of vaccine. According to the report on the results of basic immunization coverage in Martajaya Village, in 2018 it was 84.4 percent, in 2019 it was 90.5 percent, in 2020 it was 89.6 percent and in 2021 (January-May) it was 37.5mpercent. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors associated with giving immunizations to infants in Martajaya Village, the UPT Public Health Center Pasangkayu 2 Region, Pasangkayu Regency. This is an analytic research with cross sectional approach. The research population is all mothers who have infants aged ? 1 year, namely as many as 48 people. The samples were taken using total sampling technique. The data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate with the chi-square test with a value of ? ? 0.05. The results show that the variables of knowledge (p=0.000), attitude (p=0.000), family support (p=0.000) and availability of health resources (p=0.001) are related to giving immunization to infants in Martajaya Village. It is suggested to the Public Health Center, especially the Integrated Healthcare Center cadres, to be more active in motivating mothers of babies to come to health services such as Integrated Healthcare Center or to go directly to the baby's house which is blocked due to inadequate access to the Public Health Center / Integrated Healthcare Center.
