Based on data in 2019, the total number of patients registered at Kamonji Public Health Center was 277 cases and there were 42 patients in the discovery of new cases, 26 of whom were declared cured so there were still 251 cases remaining for patients who were still on treatment. The purpose of the research was to know the process of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating. The research used qualitative with a case study approach. The informants consisted of key informants, namely the head of the health center, ordinary informants, namely the holders of the Tuberculosis program and assistant staff for the Tuberculosis program management and additional informants, namely cadres. Data collection was done through triangulation techniques, namely in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation using an interview guide. The results of the interviews show that the planning carried out at the Kamonji Public Health Center has been carried out well, where the planning for the next 1 year has been planned from the previous year which indicates that the planning at the Kamonji Public Health Center is mature in its plans for the following year. The organization at the Kamonji Public Health Center has 2 officers who are responsible for running the tuberculosis program. The implementation of the program at the Kamonji Public Health Center is in accordance with the existing SOPs, it is just that in the implementation, there are obstacles due to the lack of officers who should be responsible for the program and also in the search for new suspected patients. There are also obstacles because now in the pandemic period which makes the community not open to officers as a result, patients who should be treated more quickly become late in treatment due to a lack of public openness. In its own supervision, it is carried out in two events, namely via telephone and also direct supervision in the field. Evaluation at the Kamonji Public Health Center is also carried out once a month during the implementation of lokmin. Suggestions for the Kamonji Public Health Center, the quality of performance on DOTS, especially supervisors taking medication, is more improved.
