Abstrak ABSTRAK Ikan mas (Cyprinus carpio) merupakan jenis ikan air tawar yang mudah dibudidayakan dan bernilai ekonomis tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas larutan teh hijau dalam menurunkan prevalensi jamur dan meningkatkan daya tetas telur ikan mas. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2022. Organisme yang digunakan yaitu telur ikan mas sebanyak 400 yang diberi masing-masing 20 butir perwadah. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan (4,5,6,7 dan 8 g/L) dan 4 ulangan pada masing-masing perlakuan. Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan larutan teh hijau terhadap prevalensi dan tingkat penetasan telur ikan koi berpengaruh sangat nyata (p<0,01). pemberian 8 g/L larutan teh hijau (perlakuan E) dapat menurunkan prevalensi hingga 15% serta tingkat penetasan telur ikan koi tertinggi terdapat pada pemberian 7 g/L (perlakuan D) yaitu 82,5%. Kata Kunci : Telur ikan mas, prevalensi, daya tetas, larva, teh hijau, anti jamur. ABSTRACT Carp (Cyprinus carpio) is a type of freshwater fish that is easy to cultivate and has high economic value. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of green tea solution in reducing the prevalence of fungi and increasing the hatchability of carp eggs. The research was carried out from July to August 2022. The organisms used were 400 goldfish eggs which were given 20 eggs each in a container. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments (4,5,6,7 and 8 g/L) and 4 replications for each treatment. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the use of green tea solution on the prevalence and hatching rate of koi fish eggs had a very significant effect (p<0.01). administration of 8 g/L green tea solution (treatment E) could reduce the prevalence up to 15% and the highest hatching rate of koi fish eggs was found in the administration of 7 g/L (treatment D) which was 82.5%.
