Abstrak ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemberian pakan berbahan baku tepung maggot (Hermetia illucens) dengan dosis berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus). Organisme uji yang digunakan adalah benih ikan nila (Oreochromis nilaticus). Ikan nila yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan bobot berkisar 1,53-2,03 g, sebanyak 200 ekor dan didapatkan dari Pembudidaya di Desa Potoya, Kecamatan Dolo, Kabupaten Sigi, Palu, Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini didesain dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri 4 perlakuan dan 5 kali ulangan sehingga didapatkan 20 unit percobaan perlakuan. Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Perlakuan A (Pemberian dosis pakan 4?ri bobot biomassa ikan), B (pemberian dosis pakan 5?ri bobot biomassa ikan), C (Pemberian dosis pakan 6?ri bobot biomassa ikan) dan perlakuan D (Pemberian dosis pakan7?ri bobot biomassa ikan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pakan berbahan baku tepung maggot berpengaruh nyata dengan pertumbuhan bobot mutlak ikan nila. pertumbuhan bobot ikan nila berkisar 1,299-2,275 g dan menghasilkan kelangsungan hidup 62-82 %. Kata kunci: Ikan nila, Tepung maggot, pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the feeding of maggot flour (Hermetia illucens) with different doses on the growth and survival of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). The test organism used was tilapia fish (Oreochromis nilaticus). Tilapia used in this study with weights ranging from 1.53-2.03 g, as many as 200 fish and obtained from farmers in Potoya Village, Dolo District, Sigi Regency, Palu, Central Sulawesi. This study was designed using a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 5 replications so that 20 experimental treatment units were obtained. The treatments in this study included Treatment A (feeding dose of 4% of the weight of fish biomass), B (giving dose of feed 5% of the weight of fish biomass), C (giving dose of feed 6% of the weight of fish biomass) and treatment D (giving dose of fish biomass). Feed 7% of the weight of fish biomass). The results showed that the provision of feed made from maggot flour had a significant effect on the absolute weight growth of tilapia.
