| Abstrak ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the level of feed preference in Ambon turtles (Cuora amboinensis) which are given water spinach feed with different additional feed in a domesticated environment. The test organism used was the Ambon turtle (Cuora amboinensis), with different sex and age of catch from nature. The research design used was a complete randomized group design (RKLT) consisting of 4 treatments and 5 replications with experimental treatments, namely: A (Kangkung / 15 grams of chicken intestine), B (Kangkung / snail mas 15 grams), C (Kangkung / waste tilapia fish 15 grams) and D (water spinach / catfish pellets 15 grams). The results of the feed preference analysis using the Neu (Preference Index) method, the most preferred feed for Ambonese turtles (Cuora amboinensis) is a type of additional water spinach feed for chicken intestines and followed by additional water spinach feed from tilapia fish waste with an index value of W> 1, namely kale preference index. additional chicken intestines (1.16%) and followed by additional water spinach feed from tilapia fish waste (1.02%).
