Abstrak
The community's need for cork fish to this day still relies on catches from nature, this is feared it will lead to overfishing so that availability in nature will be reduced. Activities that need to be done so that cork fish stocks are not reduced and can meet the needs of the community, it is necessary to carry out aquaculture activities. The success of one of the cultivation activities is influenced by the availability and quality of feed that is given to the cultivated organisms. The type of feed and feeding patterns that are appropriate to support the growth and survival of cork fish seeds maintained in controlled containers. One effort to support fish growth is the provision of feed. Feed given must be able to meet nutritional needs so as to increase the growth of cork fish seeds. Some foods that are suitable for cork fish seeds are Moina sp. Culex sp. and Chironomus sp. The study was designed using a completely randomized design (RAL) using 3 treatments 6 replications so that the number of experimental units was 18 experimental units. The results showed that different natural feeding gave a significant effect (p <0.05) on growth and absolute length of cork fish seeds. The highest growth and absolute length were obtained in the treatment of blood worms (Channa striata). Cork fish survival ranges from 93-97%.
