PRODUKSI Daphnia magna YANG DIBERI PAKAN SUSU FERMENTASI YAKULT DENGAN DOSIS BERBEDA PRODUCTION OF Daphnia magna WHICH IS FEEDED BY YAKULT FERMENTATION MILK WITH DIFFERENT DOSAGE Nirmawati 1), Fadly Y. These nutrients can be derived from suspended organic material and bacteria so that they can be used as feed by Daphnia magna. One type of bacteria that is good to be given to Daphnia magna, namely Lactobacillus contained in yakult fermentation. The research was conducted in March 2019. The research was conducted at the Aquaculture Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Tadulako University. The study was designed in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 3 treatments and 6 replications, so that there were 18 trial units. With Treatment A = yakult feed 0.25 ml / L, Treatment B = feed yakult 0.50 ml / L, Treatment C = feed yakult 1 ml / L. The administration of 0.25 ml yakult (treatment A) gave a population density of Daphnia magna which was an average of 175 tails. The administration of yak fermented milk with a dose of 0.5 ml (treatment B) gave the highest population density of Daphnia magna, which was an average of 375 tails, then followed (treatment C) which was 92 tails. This is due to feeding according to the number of individuals who are in the maintenance media. Keywords: Dosage, Feed, Yakult, population, Daphnia magna ABSTRAK Daphnia magna memerlukan asupan nutrisi bagi pertumbuhan dan produksinya. Nutrisi tersebut dapat berasal bahan organik tersuspensi dan bakteri sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pakan oleh Daphnia magna Salah satu jenis bakteri yang baik untuk diberikan ke Daphnia magna, yaitu Lactobacillus yang terkandung dalam fermentasi yakult. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2019. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Akuakultur, Fakultas Peternakan dan Perikanan, Universitas Tadulako. Penelitian didesain dalam Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas 3 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan, sehingga terdapat 18 uni percobaan. Dengan Perlakuan A= pakan yakult 0,25 ml/L, Perlakuan B = pakan yakult 0,50 ml/L, Perlakuan C = pakan yakult 1 ml/L. Pemberian yakult 0,25 ml (perlakuan A) memberikan kepadatan populasi Daphnia magna yaitu rata-rata 175 ekor. Pemberian susu fermentasi yakult dengan dosis 0,5 ml (perlakuan B) memberikan kepadatan populasi Daphnia magna tertinggi yaitu rata-rata 375 ekor, selanjutnya diikuiti (perlakuan C) yaitu 92 ekor. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya pemberian pakan yang sesuai dengan jumlah individu yang berada pada media pemeliharaan. Kata Kunci : Dosis, Pakan, Yakult, populasi, Daphnia magna
