Abstrak This study aims to determine the effect of fruit skin processing durian by ammonia fermentation on weight andpercentage of non-carcass internal female kacang goat. Research has been carried out at CV. Prima BREED, Tondo Village, Mantikulore District, Palu City, Province Central Sulawesi which takes place from 30 September – 19 December 2022. The livestock used in this study amounted to 16 female kacang goats aged 12-15 months with a range initial body weght between 11,07 kg up to 19,78 kg which is placed in a floor still cage tin-roofted timber individually. This study used a randomized design group (RAK) with 4 treatments anda repeated 4 times as group. The treatment tried was P0= Durian peel flour; P1= Durian peel flour + 1% urea + 2% brown sugar + 10% yakult; P2= Durian peel flour + 2,5% urea + 2% brown sugar + 10% yakult; P3= Durian peel flour + 5% urea + 2% brown sugar + 10% yakult. Source forage for all treatmens used Panicum sarmentosum Roxburg grass ad libitum. The observed variables were weight and non carcas percentage internal (liver, heart, spleen, lungs and digestive tract). Anaysis result-f test statistics show that giving concentrate + durian peel flour processed by ammonia fermentation had a very significant effect (P<0,01) on the weight and percentage of internal non-carcass female kacang goats.
