Abstrak Research on the effect of processing durian rind by ammonia fermentation on carcass component weight of female kacang goat has been carried out in the experimental cage owned by CV. Prima BREED, Tondo Village, Mantikulore District, Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province which was carried out from September 22 to November 19, 2022. The livestock used in this study totaled 16 female Kacang goats aged 10-12 months with body weights of 10.78 to 18. 86 kgs. In this study used a randomized block design (RBD) with four treatments and repeated 4 times as a group. The treatments tested were AF0: durian peel flour, AF1: durian peel flour + 1% urea + 2% brown sugar + 10% yakult AF2: durian peel flour + 2.5% urea + 2% brown sugar + 10 % yakult AF3: durian peel flour + 5% urea + 2% brown sugar + 10% yakult. The observed variable was the carcass weight of the female Kacang goat. The results of this study showed that the processing of durian fruit by ammonia fermentation had a significant effect (P<0>0.05) in the Neck, Leg, Shoulder, Loin, Breast. , Flank, and female Peanut Goat Ribs. |
