| Abstrak This research aims to see the effect of giving Superzyme on the performance of broilers maintained in a dark period of 12 hours. This research was carried out in the Experimental Cages of the Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Agribusiness Development Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Tadulako University, in South Sibalaya Village, Tanambulava District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province which took place from 07 September to 19 October 2022. using 56 DOCs ( Day Old Chick) broiler chicken obtained from PT Malindo Feedmil Tbk. This research used the T test (Independent samples T-test) which contained 2 treatments with 7 repetitions and each cage plot unit was placed with 4 experimental broilers, equipped with a feeder with a capacity of 5 kg and a drinker with a capacity of 2 liters. Treatments are E1 = Basal ration (without use of superzym) and E2 = Basal ration + 0.025% Superzym. The variables observed were final body weight, protein consumption, protein use efficiency. Based on the research results, giving 0.25% superzyme had a real effect (P<0.05) on final body weight, protein consumption, while the protein efficiency ratio had no real effect (P?0.05).
