Abstrak Nutritional adequacy includes one of which is the absorption of nutrients in feed. Absorption that is not optimal for nutrients (minerals) from the feed given results in the distribution of minerals for uneven shell formation and causes the egg surface to be uneven or nodule. Problems with thin and mushy egg shells can come from nutrition. The addition of enzymes in feed ingredients aims to counteract anti-nutrients, so the addition of multi-enzymes is expected to increase the digestibility of feed ingredients. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the eggshell of broiler chickens on multi-enzyme feed. This research was carried out in the stables of the Department of Animal Husbandry, Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Tadulako University, South Sibalaya Village, Tanambulava District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, for 8 weeks, namely on December 21, 2021–January 31, 2022. The research material used 80 Layer phase layer chickens aged 34 weeks. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications, the level of multi-enzyme administration was as follows: M0: Control feed (50% corn + 35% concentrate + 15% rice bran), M1: Control feed + 0.025% multi enzymes, M2: Control Feed + 0.05% multi-enzyme, M3: Control feed + 0.075% multi-enzyme and M4: Control feed + 0.1% multi-enzyme. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the administration of multi-enzyme does not directly affect the shell, but it is clear that the higher the addition of the multi-enzyme, the fewer cracked eggs.
