Abstrak Banana peel is one of the agricultural or plantation wastes that has not been utilized optimally. the limited use of banana peels as an ingredient in poultry rations is due to the low crude protein content and high gauze fiber content. Therefore it is necessary to make efforts to improve the nutritional content so that its utilization in poultry rations is higher. This study aims to determine the growth performance of broilers consuming fermented kepok banana skin flour rations. This research was conducted in the cages of the Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Tadulako University, Sibalaya Selatan Village, Tanambulava District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, for 6 weeks, from 25 June to 6 August 2022 using 80 broiler (strain hybrid) 7 days old. Origin of DOC seeds obtained from PT. Malindo. This study was designed using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications. The treatment given was R0= control ration, R1= ration using 4?rmented banana peel flour, R2= ration using 8?rmented banana peel flour, R3= ration using 12?rmented banana peel flour, R4= ration with the use of 16?rmented kepok banana peel flour. The variables observed were ration consumption, body weight gain and ration coversion. The results showed that the treatment had no significant effect (P>0,05) on ration consumption, body weight gain, and ration coversion. The conclusion is that the use of fermented kepok banana peel flour using pleurotus ostreatus fungus up to a level of 16% does not have a negative effect on the growth performance of broilers.
