Abstrak This study aims to determine the Comparison of Fermentation Processing Methods with Blaching Jackfruit Seeds as a Feed Source on the Hematological Value of Bean Goats. This research has been carried out in the Experimental Cage CV. Prima BREED, Tondo sub-district, Mantikulore sub-district, Palu City, Central Sulawesi, which took place from 04 October 2021 to 13 December 2021. This study used 12 female Kacang goats aged 10 months with a body weight range of 12,91 to 21,30 kg. This study used statistical analysis of comparative test (t-test) with 2 treatments and was repeated 6 times. The treatments that were tried were the ad libitum administration of Fermented Jackfruit Seed Flour and Boiled Jackfruit Seed Flour and forage Panicum sarmentosum Roxb. The variables observed were the number of white blood cells (leukocytes), the number of red blood cells (erythrocytes), hemoglobin levels, and hematocrit values in female Kacang goats. The results of this study showed that the 2 treatments gave no significant difference to the Hematological value (leukocytes, erythrocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit) of female Kacang goats.
