| Abstrak The aims of study to found out the hematological value of female Kacang goats to are given jackfruit seeds from soaking and fermentation as source of feed additional. The experiment study was conducted at the Trial Cage of CV. Prima BREED at Tondo village of Mantikulore District at Palu City of Central Sulawesi which took place from 04th October 2021 to 13th December 2021. This study used 12 female Kacang goats aged ? 10 months with a body weight average 12.65 to 20.57 kg. Statistical analysis was used is t-tests with 2 treatments and repeated 6 times. The treatment tried is the provision of fermented jackfruit seed flour and alkalization jackfruit seed flour and forage panicum sarmentosum Roxb in ad libitum. The statistic variables are the number of leukocytes, the number of erythrocytes, hemoglobin levels, and hematocrit values in the female Kacang goats. The results of this study showed that leukocyte is significant and erythrocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit not significant of female Kacang goats.
