Abstrak ABSTRAK Multi enzim dan enzim mannanase dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai campuran bahan pakan ternak (unggas) sehingga meningkatkan nilai gizi dan konversi bahan pakan. Penambahan enzim dapat mengurangi sifat viskositas digesta dalam saluran pencernaan akibat mengkomsumsi pakan berserat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh bungkil inti sawit fermentasi yang ditambahkan enzim terhadap kecernaan bahan organik, bahan kering, dan kandungan air ekskreta ayam petelur fase layer. Penelitaian ini dilaksanakan di kandang percobaan Laboratorium Pengembangan Agribisnis peternakan dan Perikanan, Fakultas Peternakan dan Perikanan, Universitas Tadulako, di desa Sibalaya Selatan, Kecamatan Tanambulava Kabupaten Sigi, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 4 minggu. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan P0= ransum basal; P1= ransum basal + 20% BIS; P2= ransum basal + 20% BIS + 0% predigestion dengan mannanase; P3= ransum basal + 20% BIS + 3% predigestion dengan multi enzim; P4: ransum basal + 20% BIS + 6% predigestion dengan multi enzim + mannanase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan memberikan pengaruh nyata (P<0>0,05) terhadap kandungan air ekskreta. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan bungkil inti sawit fermentasi 20?n multi enzim 3?n 6% memberikan peningkatan pada kecernaan bahan organik, bahan kering dan kandungan air ekskreta ayam petelur fase layer. ABSTRACT Multi enzymes and mannanase enzymes can be used as a mixture of animal feed ingredients (poultry) so as to increase the nutritional value and conversion of feed ingredients. The addition of enzymes can reduce the viscosity of digesta in the digestive tract due to consuming fibrous feed. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of fermented palm kernel cake with added enzymes on the digestibility of organic matter, dry matter, and water content of layer phase layer chicken excreta. This research was carried out in the experimental cage of the Agribusiness Development Laboratory of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Tadulako University, in the village of South Sibalaya, Tanambulava District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted for 4 weeks. The design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications. Treatment P0= basal ration; P1= basal ration + 20% BIS; P2= basal ration + 20% BIS + 0% predigestion with mannanase; P3= basal ration + 20% BIS + 3% predigestion with multi-enzyme; P4: basal ration + 20% BIS + 6% predigestion with multi-enzyme + mannanase. The results showed that the treatment had a significant effect (P<0>0.05) on the water content of excreta. From this research, it can be concluded that the addition of fermented palm kernel cake 20% and multi-enzyme 3% and 6% gave an increase in the digestibility of organic matter, dry matter and water content of layer phase layer chicken excreta.
