Abstrak
This study aims to determine and study the effect of bioconverted functional feed wafers on the carcass weight of female Kacang goats. This study used 15 female Kacang goats aged ± 10 months with a body weight range of 10 to 12 kg. This study used statistical analysis with 3 treatments and was repeated 5 times. The treatments were tested as follows: P0 = Wafer without Lactobacillus casei (Lc); P1 = Use of 1 ml Lactobacillus casei (Lc)/kg wafer; P2 = use of 1.5 ml Lactobacillus casei (Lc)/kg wafer and forage Panicum sarmentosum Roxb on anbasis ad libitum. Variables observed that the weight of the component carcass of them in the form of a shoulder (shoulder), neck (neck), ribs (ribs), arm (shank), chest (ribs), thigh (leg including sirloin), lumbar (loin), and side (flank). The results of the study were analyzed using the test of variance (F test) at a significance level of 5% (P = 0.05). The results of the analysis (F test) showed that the provision of functional feed wafers from bioconversion had no significant effect on the carcass weight of female Kacang goats.
