| Abstrak The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of feeding on the growth performance of broilers (Gallus domesticus). This research was carried out in experimental garden enclosures, Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Tadulako University, in South Sibalaya Village, Tanambulava District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. This research has been carried out from February 4 to March 17, 2021 for 42 days. used 80 broilers reared since day old chick (DOC) with an average DOC weight of 40 grams, mixed sex between chickens and females. This study was designed using a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments with 5 replications. Treatment R1: Feeding once a day at 06.00, R2: Feeding 2 times a day at 06.00 and 18.00, R3: Feeding 3 times a day at 06.00, 14.00 and 22.00, R3: Feeding 4 times at 06.00, 12.00, 18.00 and 00.00. The observed variables were feed consumption (g/head), body weight gain (g/head) and feed conversion. The results of the analysis showed that feeding 4 times a day gave the best results in terms of feed consumption, body weight gain, and feed conversion on the growth performance of broilers.
