Abstrak This research aims to determine the effect of giving red ginger flour on chicken performance grower phase village. This research was carried out in the Laboratory Agribusiness Development Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, University Tadulako, South Sibalaya Village, Tanambulava District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. This research has been carried out for 5 weeks starting from 01 July to 05 August 2021. This research using village chicken grower phase which is 11 weeks old as much as 40 tail. Chicks are obtained from chicken breeding groups of chicken farms village in Lolu Village, Biromaru District, Sigi Regency. This research designed using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments with 5 replications. In this research, Ginger Flour directly mixed in the ration. The treatments that were tried were as follows: R0: Control ration without treatment, R1: 0.25% Red ginger flour in ration, R2: 0.50% red ginger flour in ration, R3: 0.75% Ginger flour red in the ration. Observed variables: ration consumption (g), increase in body weight (g) and ration conversion. The results of the analysis of variance show that the use of red ginger flour in the ration has no significant effect (P>0.05) on ration consumption and gave a significant effect (P<0.05) on body weight gain and ration conversion. Conclusion: The addition of 0.5% red ginger flour in the ration gave good results the best in terms of body weight gain and ration conversion but not increase ration consumption.
