Abstrak This study aims to determine consumer behavior in purchasing beef and determine the attributes of beef that are most considered by household consumers in the Mamuju Traditional Market. The basic method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The research location was chosen deliberately, namely in Mamuju Regency. The research location is in the Mamuju Traditional Market. This research was carried out for 1 week, from 9 to 12 February 2020. The number of samples in this study was 30 people. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through recording, interviewing, and observation techniques. Determination of the sample in this study is using accidental sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, the beef that is considered by consumers at the Mamuju Traditional Market is beef that is fresh and shiny red in color, has a little fat content, and the upper part of the meat (hamstrings, ribs, deep has, outer has, tanjung, lamosir , cover/hamstring, hump, T-Bone, cow nose, cow tongue, oxtail, cow neck, head). The attributes of beef that are considered by consumers in purchasing decisions for beef at the Mamuju Traditional Market are the color of the meat, the portion of the meat, and the fat content. |
