Abstrak This study was conducted to determine the effect of giving young coconut water concentration and soaking time on the germination of Indigofera zolligeriana seeds which was carried out in the feed nutrition laboratory of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Tadulako University, Palu, Central Sulawesi from August to September 2021. The research material used was 1800 Indigofera zolligeriana seeds, and young coconut water. The research design used a completely randomized design with a factorial pattern with 4x3 treatments and 3 replications. Each replication contained 50 seeds of Indigofera zolligeriana with the first factor treatment P0 = 0% young coconut water , P1 = 25% young coconut water, P2 = 50% young coconut water , P3 = 75% young coconut water, and the second factor S1 = 6 hours of soaking time, S2 = 12 hours of soaking time, S3 = 24 hours of soaking time.The results showed that no there was an interaction between the two treatments, the concentration of coconut water for the percentage of germination P0 = 33%; P1 = 54%; P2 = 52%; P3 = 48% gave a significant effect (P < 0 xss=removed xss=removed xss=removed xss=removed xss=removed xss=removed xss=removed xss=removed S1=47%; S2=51%; S3=43%, S1=3.76 S2=3.82 S3=4 S1=5.83 S2=5.77 S3=5.44>0.005). It can be concluded that the concentration of young coconut water was able to increase the percentage of germination, germination rate, and hypocotyl length, while 6-24 hours of immersion time resulted in the same germination rate, germination percentage, and hypocotyl length |
