Abstrak This study aims to determine the comparison of the use of bread and milled corn waste as a source of energy in the concentrate to the weight gain of local goats. This research has been conducted from january 1, 2020 to April 23, 2020 at CV. Prima Breed, Tondo village. The number of livestock used in study was 12 male kacang goats aged 10 months with a body weight range between 10.80 - 12.89 kg, placed in individual wooden-floored cages made of 12 plots. This study used T-test analysis with 2 treatments and 6 replications. As for the treatment tested P1 = milled corn, P2 = bread waste flour. The variables observed in this study were body weight gain, dry matter consumption of rations, efficiency of ration use. The results of this study showed that the body weight gain of the been goats was lower when given milled corn from bread waste flour, while the body weight gain given the milled corn was lower, compared to the been goats given the concentrate of bread waste flou, giving a real difference. Based on the results of the research, the provision of milled corn and bread waste flour did not give a significant difference in the consumption of dry matter of the ration, the efficiency of using the ration in the study gave a significant difference because the consumption of dry matter of the ration did not give a real difference. |
