| Abstrak This study aims to obtain measurement data on body comparison or body size of livestock which is to determine the characteristics or comparisons between male maleo birds and female maleo birds and the morphology of maleo birds. In the ex situ conservation enclosure of PT Panca Amara Utama, Uso Village, Batui District, Banggai Regency Central Sulawesi Province in March 2019. This research data was obtained from the measured morphological data, namely body weight was carried out by weighing individual birds with scales. The method used in this study was that each maleo observed at different ages was weighed to obtain its initial body weight and labeled as made of plastic and placed in a communal cage. The variables calculated in this study were maleo morphometry measurements at different ages ranging from one month to over two years of age by measuring tail feather length, wing length, beak length, tarsus length, middle toe length, claw length, macrocephalon height, and the width of the macrocephalon. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of the data obtained tabulated and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the measurement results (morphometrics) on male maleo birds and female maleo birds, had relatively the same body weight and had body parts (morphology) between male maleo birds and female maleo birds experienced different changes from days to months and on body morphometrics where the tail feathers, wing feather length, tarsus growth, and beak have different growth periods in male maleo and female maleo birds.
