Abstrak Quail is one of the local poultry that plays a role in meeting the needs of food sources of protein originating from livestock. However, production is still low because it is not supported by good feed quality, Miana leaves (Plectranthus Scutellarioides) which generally contain alkaloids, saponins, flavonoids, anthraquinone terpenoids, and polyphenols that can be added value for feed. This study aims to examine the production of male quail with the use of miana leaf flour in feed. The research has been carried out in experimental cages, Department of Animal Husbandry, Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Tadulako University in Sibalaya village, Tanambulava district. The experimental livestock consisted of 100 quails aged 3 days. This study was designed using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications. Treatments were given RO (Ration without the use of mayana leaf flour) R1 (Ration containing 0.5% miana leaf flour) R2 (Ration containing 1.0 % miana leaf flour) R3 (Ration containing 1.5% mayana leaf flour), R4 (Ration containing 2.0% mayana leaf flour). The data were analyzed by analysis of variance according to the design used and continued with the BNJ test. The results showed that the treatment had no significant effect (P>0.05) on ration consumption, and had a significant effect on body weight gain and carcass production. The composition of the treatment that gave the best results in this study was the R4 treatment with the use of 2% miana leaf flour in the feed. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of miana leaf flour (Plectranthus Scutellarioides) in the male quail ration can be used up to a level of 2% in the ration.
