E-mail: yohanesbaptisan26@gmail.com , tahir.untad@gmail.com ABSTRAK Daun mengkudu mengandung senyawa-senyawa antara lain xeronin, proxeronin, proxeronase, serotonin, scopoletin, sumber vitamin C, enzim, alkaloid, dan fitronutrien yang sangat aktif dalam menguatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh, memperbaiki fungsi sel, mempercepat regenerasi sel-sel yang rusak dan dapat membantu penyerapan protein. Penggunaan fitobiotik untuk campuran pakan dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri patogen di dalam pakan, sehingga jumlah bakteri non patogen dalam pakan lebih banyak. Bakteri non patogen menghasilkan enzim yang dapat mencerna serat kasar, protein, lemak dan dapat mendetoksifikasi racun. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian tepung mengkudu terhadap konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan dan konversi ransum ayam ras petelur fase grower 1. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di kandang percobaan Fakutas Peternakan dan Perikanan Universitas Tadulako yang letaknya di Desa Sibalaya Selatan, Kecamatan Tanambulava, Kabupaten Sigi, Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 5 minggu dari tanggal 09 Februari-15 Maret 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan 40 ekor ayam ras petelur umur 7-12 Minggu. Desain penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan sebagai berikut : R0 = Ransum Basal (Tanpa Penambahan Tepung daun mengkudu); R1 = Ransum mengandung 3% Tepung daun mengkudu; R2 = Ransum mengandung 6% Tepung daun mengkudu; R3 = Ransum mengandung 9% Tepung daun mengkudu; R4 = Ransum mengandung 12% Tepung daun mengkudu. Variabel yang diamati yaitu konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan dan konversi ransum ayam ras petelur. Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan bahwa pemberian tepung daun mengkudu dalam ransum sampai taraf 12% memberikan pengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan dan konversi ransum. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan tepung daun mengkudu sampai 12?lam ransum tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ayam petelur fase grower I. ABSTRACT Noni leaves contain compounds including xeronin, proxeronin, proxeronase, serotonin, scopoletin, a source of vitamin C, enzymes, alkaloids, and phytonutrients which are very active in strengthening the immune system, improving cell function, accelerating the regeneration of damaged cells and can helps protein absorption. The use of phytobiotics for feed mixtures can inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria in the feed, so that the number of non-pathogenic bacteria in the feed is higher. Non-pathogenic bacteria produce enzymes that can digest crude fiber, protein, fat and can detoxify toxins. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of noni flour on ration consumption, body weight gain and ration conversion of laying hens in the grower phase 1. This study was carried out in an experimental cage at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Tadulako University, which is located in Sibalaya Selatan Village, Tanambulava District, Kabupaten Tadulako. Sigi, This research was conducted for 5 weeks from February 09 to March 15, 2019. This study used 40 laying hens aged 7-12 weeks. The research design used a completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments were given as follows: R0 = Basal Ration (Without Addition of Noni Leaf Flour); R1 = Ration contains 3% Noni leaf flour; R2 = Ration contains 6% Noni leaf flour; R3 = Ration contains 9% Noni leaf flour; R4 = Ration contains 12% Noni leaf flour. The variables observed were ration consumption, body weight gain and ration conversion of laying hens. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the provision of noni leaf powder in the ration to a level of 12% had no significant effect (P>0.05) on ration consumption, body weight gain and ration conversion. Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the use of noni leaf flour up to 12% in the ration has no effect on the growth of laying hens in the grower phase I.
