ABSTRAK Turkey is one type of poultry that can be used as livestock producing meat and eggs. Turkeys will grow well if given ration in accordance with the nutrients needed. The digestibility of a feed ingredient is a reflection of the high or low value of the benefits of the feed material. This study aims to determine the digestibility of crude protein and crude fat ration with different energy levels in female turkeys aged 7-12 weeks. This research was conducted in the Experimental stable Sibalaya Village, Tanambulava District, Sigi Regency. The digestibility testing of crude protein and crude fat was carried out at the Animal Food Nutrition Laboratory of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Tadulako University, Palu City, Central Sulawesi. This research was conducted from 1 April to 6 May 2018 and was designed using a Completely Randomized Design and further tests of Honest Real Difference (BNJ). A total of 15 female turkeys aged 7-12 weeks were used in this study with 3 treatments and 5 replications, each of which consisted of 1 female turkey. The treatment consisted of 3 types of ration formulations as follows: R1 (ration using an energy level of 2700 kkl / kg), R2 (ration using an energy level of 2800 kkl / kg), and R3 (ration with the use of an energy level of 2900 kkl / kg). Rations and drinking water were given ad libitum, and observations were made for 6 weeks. The results showed that the treatment gave no significant effect (P> 0.05) on the digestibility of crude protein with an average of R1 (84.726%), R2 (84.902%), and R3 (84.484%). The treatment gave no significant effect (P> 0.05) on the digestibility of crude fat with an average value of R1 (76.664%), R2 (79.39%), and R3 (78.612%). The conclusion from the results of this study is the digestibility of rations with different energy levels, namely 2700 kcal / kg, 2800 kcal / kg, and 2900 kcal / kg with 17% protein levels have the same effect on crude protein digestibility and digestion of crude turkey females aged 7 -12 weeks.
