Abstrak
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ukuran saluran pencernaan itik Bali jantan yang mengkonsumsi ransum tepung buah mengkudu (Morinda citrifolia L). Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan dikandang penelitian Fakultas Peternakandan Perikanan di Desa Sibalaya Selatan, Kecamatan Tanambulava, Kabupaten Sigi.Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan dari tanggal 26 Mei - 21 Juli 2018, dengan menggunakan 80 ekor anak itik bali jantan umur 1 hari (DOD). Kandang yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 20 unit dengan ukuran petakan kandang 80 X 80cm, setiap unit kandang dilengkapi dengan tempat pakan dan air minum. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dengan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah R0 = Ransum control tanpa tepung buah mengkudu, R1 = ransum penggunaan 2% tepung buah mengkudu, R2 = Ransum dengan penggunaan 4% tepung buah mengkudu, R3 = Ransum dengan penggunaan 6% tepung buah mengkudu, dan R4 = Ransum dengan penggunaan 8% tepung buah mengkudu. Peubah yang diamati yaitu, panjang usus halus, bobot hati, bobot gizzard. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan memberikan pengaruh yang nyata (P<0 xss=removed xss=removed xss=removed xss=removed xss=removed>0,05) bobot hati. Rata rata yaitu R0 = 2,22, R1 = 2,26, R2 = 2,25, R3 = 2,23, dan R4 = 2,37g. Dan terhadap panjang usus itik Bali jantan R0 = 133 R1 = 134, R2 = 137, R3 = 135, dan R4 = 133. Kesimpulannya bahwa, penggunaan tepung buah mengkudu pada ransum ternak dapat digunakan pada itik Bali jantan sampai level 8?lam ransum ternak itik Bali jantan. Kata kunci :Itik Bali Jantan, Ukuran Saluran Pencernaan, Tepung Buah Mengkudu ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the size of the digestive tract of male Bali ducks that consume noni fruit ration (Morinda citrifolia L). This research has been carried out in the research cage of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries in the South Sibalaya Village, Tanambulava District, Sigi Regency. This research has been carried out from May 26 to July 21, 2018, using 80 male Balinese ducks aged 1 day (DOD). The cages used are as many as 20 units with 80 X 80cm map size, each unit is equipped with a feed and drinking water container. The design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments with 4 replications. The treatments given are R0 = control ration without noni fruit flour, R1 = ration using 2% noni fruit flour, R2 = ration using 4% noni fruit flour, R3 = ration using 6% noni fruit flour, and R4 = ration with the use of 8% noni flour. The observed variables were length of small intestine, liver weight, gizzard weight. The results showed that the treatment had a significant effect (P <0 xss=removed xss=removed xss=removed xss=removed xss=removed> 0.05) liver weight. The average is R0 = 2.22, R1 = 2.26, R2 = 2.25, R3 = 2.23, and R4 = 2.37g. And for the length of intestine of male Bali ducks R0 = 133 R1 = 134, R2 = 137, R3 = 135, and R4 = 133. The conclusion is that the use of noni fruit flour in cattle rations can be used in male Bali ducks up to 8% level in cattle rations male Bali ducks.
