ABSTRACT Intervention of Group Activity Therapy Playing Snakes and Ladders in Patients with Auditory Hallucinations in the Manggis Ward, Central Sulawesi Province Hospital Lisda Yanti (2024) D-III Nursing Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Tadulako University Dr. Ns. Andi Saifah, M. Kep., Sp. Kep. Kom Keywords: Auditory Hallucinations, Group Activity Therapy, Snakes and Ladders, ? Nursing Background: Auditory Hallucinations are one of the main symptoms in schizophrenia patients. Group Activity Therapy Playing Snakes and Ladders is considered as one of the potential methods in helping patients divert attention from the hallucinations they experience. Objective: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Group Activity Therapy Playing Snakes and Ladders in reducing the frequency and intensity of auditory hallucinations in patients in the Manggis Room, Madani Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province. Method: This study uses a case study approach with Group Activity Therapy Intervention Playing Snakes and Ladders in Patients with Hallucinations in the Manggis Room of Madani Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province. Results: The results revealed that after the Group Activity Therapy intervention playing snakes and ladders there was a decrease in frequency, signs and symptoms and the disappearance of hallucinations in patients. Conclusion: Providing Group Activity Therapy Nursing Care Intervention Playing Snakes and Ladders can reduce the frequency and signs and symptoms in patients with hallucinations.
