| Abstrak Introduction: Antenatal care services are services provided to mothers during pregnancy so that they have a healthy pregnancy and give birth to healthy babies, so that ultimately it can reduce maternal and infant mortality rates. One of the factors that can influence pregnant women to carry out pregnancy checks is support from the family. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between family support for pregnant women in attending Antenatal care visits. Method: This research is an analytical observational study using a cross sectional approach. The number of respondents was 50 people, the research variables were the independent variable (family support) and the dependent variable (Antenatal Care examination). Data was taken through distributing instruments in the form of family support questionnaires and secondary data from the community health center in the form of frequency of visits to the community health center, then analyzed using the chi-square test with significance ? < 0.05. Results: The chi square test results showed that the majority of respondents with family support were 36 people (72.0%). showed that family support was correlated with pregnant women visiting Antenatal Care in the work area of the health center (P=0.000). Conclusion: It was found that there was a relationship between family support and pregnant women attending Antenatal Care visits Key words: Family support, pregnancy check-up |
