| Abstrak This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of reproductive health with sexual behavior in adolescents of class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 2 Palu. Reproductive health is an important aspect in adolescent development, where the ability of knowledge can affect their sexual behavior. The research method used was quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample consisted of 97 students of class XI MIPA who were randomly selected. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring the level of reproductive health knowledge and sexual behavior of adolescents. The results of data analysis using Pearson correlation test showed a significant relationship between the level of reproductive health knowledge and sexual behavior in adolescents (p<0.05). The higher the level of reproductive health knowledge, the lower the tendency of adolescents to engage in risky sexual behavior. This linding Indicates the importance of comprehensive reproductive health education in schools to prevent unsafe sexual behavior among adolescents. Therefore, it is recommended that schools and related parties improve reproductive health education programs to equip adolescents with adequate knowledge and encourage responsible sexual behavior. |
