| Abstrak ABSTRACT Nursing Home Care Toward Gastritis Patients Who Have Nausea And Vomiting Experiences By Implementation The Accupressure Of Wrist Area In Lasoani Region Suci Ashari (2020) Ratna Devi, SKM, M.Kes Keyword : Accupressure, Nausea And Vomiting, Gastritis, Homecare Gastritis is inflamation in gaster with sypmtoms such as anorexia, burning in epygastrium area. The caused factors is food with rich of ingridents and drinks with caffein or alcohol contain. Based on survey and research have done by Ministry of Health of RI in some of cities in Indonesia mentioned that gastritis case reach to 91,6?cause of poor health of diet pattern. Based on Health Offices in Central Sulawesi Province during 2018 had 79,6?ses which 45,3% of female and 34,3% of male distribution. It supported by previous data that about 128 patients in Lasoani Region of Kawatuna PHC which in 29 male and 99 female have gastritis experiences ( Kawatuna PHC data during 2019). The aims of research to perform the nursing homecare process toward gastritis patients who have nausea and vomiting experiences by implementation the accupressure of wrist area in Lasoani Region. This research used study case design and data collected by various of inforamtion source toward 2 patients male and female. Data collected by observation sheets during 4 days. The research result by used intervention table sheets mentioned that both patients problems solved in the fourth day. |
