| Abstrak Background: Fracture is one of health problem that caused by injury. The fracture is incontinuity of bone tissue due to traumatic (Mansjoer2008). And it caused body organ dysfunction, or even disability or permanent loss of extremities function, and one of the effect for lower extremity is mobility disorder. Mobility disorder is limitation of independent mobility of leg movement (Gloria M. Bulechek, 2016). By focussing the effect of fracture, so it needs seriously care to prevent the complicationdue to local pressure, over load traction and infection as well. Research Method:This research used qualitative method with 2 patients for ambulation therapy. Monitoring of wheelchair device done independently by patients themselves Result: The result of case study shown that have no differences between 1st and 2nd patients in evaluation time have done well which patient able to maintain the body balance and changes the body position independently. Conclusion and Suggestion: Based on data above mentioned that have no differences between 1st and 2nd patients in evaluation time. It expected that patient could arrange the comfortableposition while in wheelcahir. Keyword : Fracture Nursing Care, mobility disorder by implementation of ambulation exercise therapy.
