Abstrak
Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is an infectious health problem in tropical regions such as Indonesia. Palu City has the highest DHF cases in Central Sulawesi with 600 cases (IR166.2 / 100,000 population) and 9 people died because of the disease. The incidence of DHF in Kamonji Community Health Center was reported to be 106 cases. The reason of the high prevalence of DHF in the Kamonji Community Health Center work area is due to the environment and the community behavior. This research inteds to find out the Risk Factors of the Environment and Efforts to Eradicate the Nest of Mosquitoes in the Working Area of UPTD Affairs in Kamonji Community Health Center. Data analysis was conducted by univariate and bivariate level of 95% confidence (? = 0.05) which showed that there was a constant at the Breeding Place (OR = 0.334) and draining the landfill (OR = 0.237) was a perspective factor. Whereas the presence of mosquitoes at Resting Place (OR = 3,654), closing TPA (OR = 4,032), sowing abates (OR = 3,048), and using anti-mosquito drugs (OR = 4.909) are factors of the occurrence of Dengue Fever in in the work area of UPTD Affairs in the Kamonji Medical Center. Efforts to prevent the occurrence of DHF is to run PSN efforts well so that the environment around the house is clean and has no chance of becoming a place for breeding mosquitoes in Aedes aegypti.
