| Abstrak The implementation of Permenkes number 67 2016, regarding the management of King Tuberculosis in Tipo public health centeron Palu (under the supervision of Bertin Ayu Wandira) Specialist of Policy and Health Administration Public Health Study Program Tadulako University June 2020 The Minister of Health issued a Permenkes number 67 of 2016 concerning Tuberculosis Control (TB). So that it is expected to achieve the target of SGDs in 2030, namely the elimination of TB. The data of Health office in 2017 that are 472 TB cases and increased to 572 cases in 2018. From 13 health centers in palu city, the case of TB at Tipo public health center has increase to be 21 cases in 2017, 28 Cases in 2018, and 36 Cases in 2019. The aim of this research is to determine the dimensions communications, resources, bureaucratic structure and dispositions of the implementations of Permenkes( peraturanmentrikesehatan) number 67 of 2016 concerning the prevention of Pulmonary Tuberculosis. This type of research is qualitative approach. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The Research informants as much as 7.Collecting data through technical triangulation namely in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation using interview guidelines. The result of this research show that communications obstructed because the delivery of information is not exhaustive for all health workers and the delivery of information only using direct counseling methods does not carry out indirect counseling. Resources in terms of numbers have met Permenkes No. requirements. 67 of 2016. Meanwhile, from the training and information obtained, it has not been maximally and continuously. Disposition is good. But in terms of incentives there is no budget because it is only operational and there is no specific budget for officers. Bureaucratic structure is good with the availability of SOPs and the division of responsibilities is clear. The Suggestions to the public health center to improve management and standards in accordance with Permenkes Number 67 of 2016 concerning Lung Tuberculosis Management. |
