| Abstrak Tanantovea District is a district with the highest prevalantion of stunting in Donggala Distric namely 19,4% or as same as 156 pupils from 805 number of todler measured body height. Number of stunting at toddler in Wani clinic at 2018 is 19,4%, at 2019 from January to July number stunting was increased be 22,1. Purpose of this research is to evaluate stunting toddler prevention program in first thousand days of life FTDL in Wani Clinic of Donggala Distric. This research's uses qualitative method. Determination of informan uses sampling purposive technique with key informan is party which is related to implementation stunting toddler prevention namely head of clinic. Common information namely nutrient coordinator, midwife, environmental health and members of integrated health center (posyandu) in wani clinic working area. Result of the research shows input aspect of power aspect is good, the availability of funds for program's activity, lack of facility and infrastructure and the availability of SOP, while process of planning, organization has been running well, implementation is not yet good enough, and monitoring has been running well, furthermore for the output at toddler stunting prevention in FTDL some activities have been running even there are some obstacles found beside that there is still target wich is not reached yet. It is expected tobe as input for increasing of implementation stunting toddler prevention program FTDL in Wani Clinic, also as guidance and socialization to village midwife as sample of sucsesful application of execlusive ASI coverage of successful village midwife to village midwife who are not successful yet or to the village with low exclusive Asi coverage, and as improvement to the necessary facilities, and add measurement of children's height facility (microtoise). |
