Abstrak The presence of mosquito larvae is closely related to the occurrence of Dengue fever. 170 cases of dengue in Central Sulawesi according to data in 2019 with incidence Rates of 35.54 / 100,000 population with CFR of 0.65% and IR which is still above the national indicator that is 52 / 100,000 population. In 2019 the incidence of DHF in the Sangurar Health Center was reported as many as 145 cases of DHF with 1 person dead. The development of this disease is very fast and causes death in a short period of time, one of the factors causing DHF cases is the number of mosquito larvae. This research intends to determine Factors Associated with the Existence of Mosquito AedesAegepty in the Work Area of Sangurara Public Health Center in Palu City. The population in this study were 2,700 family. Lameshow formula obtained a selected through each village, the sampling technique was using proportional stratified random sampling and chi-square test. Data analysis was carried out in a univariate and bivariate level of confidence at 95% (? = 0.05). The results show knowledge (p = 0,000), attitude (p = 0.001), color of the landfill (p = 0,000) landfill cover (p = 0,000) and the role of health workers (p = 0,000), related to the presence of larvae. It is expected that the manager of the DHF program will typically survey the larvae in order to further enhance extension and often perform larvae examinations. |
