Abstrak The Youth Care Health Service Program aims to ensure that adolescents as the future generation of the nation grow and develop positively free from threatening problems. Based on the preliminary study conducted, there were only 4 Puskesmas that implemented PKPR management during 2017 in Palu City, namely Sangurara, Kamonji, Singgani and Pantoloan Puskesmas. The lowest service coverage was achieved by the Kamonji Health Center with 7.31% of the target. The implementation of the PKPR program at the Kamonji Community Health Center was hampered by the unavailability of youth policymakers and teaching aids. This research is a qualitative study with six informants selected by purposive sampling technique. The results show that the communication aspect is constrained by the transmission factor that is not carried out continuously, and the consultation process is not optimal because there is no special counseling room so that adolescents feel uncomfortable consulting in a place where there are many people. From the aspect of resources, it is constrained by a lack of available budget, frequent delays in budget distribution from the Health Office and unavailability of special rooms for youth counseling activities. Meanwhile, the disposition and bureaucratic structure aspects have been fulfilled. The implementation of the PKPR program at the Kamonji Community Health Center has been going well, it only needs improvement from several aspects. It is hoped that the Kamonji Community Health Center will be able to carry out more focused communication, increase training activities, and plan a budget related to the youth care health service program (PKPR). |
