Able is said to be able in terms of physical, spiritual, economic, and other health. The implementation of the Hajj requires physical and spiritual strength. More physical strength and also good physical health conditions, while the majority of pilgrims are elderly, which has the potential to increase the number of pilgrims with high health risks that are proportional to the soaring mortality rate. This factor is influenced by the level of knowledge about health isthithaah. Objective: This study aims to analyze the factors that affect knowledge about the health status ofpilgrims in Palu City for departure in 2025. Methods: This study is a quantitative research analytical survey with a cross-sectional design. The sample amounted to 100 pilgrim respondents who were selected by purposive sampling. Primary data was obtained through questionnaires, and data analysis was carried out using univariate and bivariate analysis with the Pearson correlation test. Results: The results of the study show that the level of knowledge of pilgrims is in the good category. The analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between education level,age, and gender, and the level of knowledge of pilgrims. Education level and gender are positively related to knowledge, where pilgrims with higher education and female pilgrims tend to have a better level of knowledge. Meanwhile, age showed a negative relationship with knowledge level, especially in the elderly group. The work variable did not show a significant relationship with the level ofknowledge of the pilgrims. Conclusion: The level of knowledge of pilgrims is significantly_influenced by factors of education, age, and gender, while work does not affect the level of knowledge. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve Hajj health education that is more targeted, especially for pilgrims of advanced age and low education levels.
