| Abstrak Introduction: Stunting is a condition of malnutrition in the first 1000 days of life that lasts a long time which causes inhibition of growth and brain development in children and causes the child's height to be below normal compared to children of the same age due to chronic malnutrition. The prevalence of stunting in Tojo Una-Una Regency is among the top 3 highest stunting data in Central Sulawesi at 17.2%. Objective: To determine the relationship between low birth weight and the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 6-59 months in the Ampana Tete Health Center Working Area in 2023. Methods: The type of research used is analytical survey research with a quantitative approach. The research design used is case control. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 42 respondents for the case group and 42 respondents for the control group. Bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square statistical test. Results: Based on the results of the study obtained 84 samples who had LBW at risk as many as 15 people (17.9%), and those who had LBW were not at risk as many as 69 people (82, 1%). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between LBW and the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 6-59 months in the Ampana Tete Health Center Working Area in 2023 (P Value = 0.000, OR = 2.556).
